Good level business hotel with swimming pool and Korean style bath. Good buffet at lobby floor, with selection of sushi , sashimi and assorted European dishes. Good speed wifi and nice interior.

Plus they should tell you all the restaurants in the hotel are closed for construction . I would really rate it about 3 stars. The staff are very friendly and helpful is how it got to 3.

Be polite to staffs , or they ignore you and teach you how to act as a guest.(you can get a special teaching even if you do nothing but sit on chairs of lobby lounge ... Of course I ordered drinks)

No need to go far to shop or dine out. Everything already in the adjacent mall at reasonable price. But the rooms could be better. No light in the closet, not enough power outlet in the room.

As usually one of the best hotel in the area. Crowded over the weekend.

The controller in the room is only for cold air-conditioning.Staffs said "if we turn on the heat, mountain view rooms are too hot; sun light, so cityview rooms should stay cold. No option."

It took 20 hours to get a simple apology from a manager.And when cold, choose moutain view . They got central heat system which you can not control your room temperature. The controller in room is
