Lovely beach ! We had a great time. Note the boat times they are usually 1.20 hours apart . Also the mini train near the beach only accepts cash.
Tip for crabbing- use raw bacon as your bait and you’ll get stacks of crabs !
Lovely beach and microclimate, warm in November. I have taken a photo of current parking rates.
Beaches . Bad. cafes are exorbitant charges. Car park is excessive at £1.60 ph. Becomes crowded in high season. Parking hard at this time too.
Smokey bacon seems best for those looking to crab here
Lovely place especially when the sun is out
Great place to go crabbing !
Even good for a walk in January
Don't forget your crab lines and bucket
24/7 carpark charges here are quite literally an abomination.
