Hot Chai tea was weak! Good Latte and breakfast sandwiches though. Nice outside seating with plenty of sun shade.
The iced coffee is smooth and creamy. The staff is a little scattered and slow preferring to talk to each other and their friends but hey, the coffee was worth the wait.
Amazing muffins and paninis for breakfast & lunch . All natural ingredients ...try the coconut iced green tea or specialty coffees !

Whoooos on first is the original 4th st. But positively 4th is almost as good as they were, considering they kept everything the same when they kicked them out.
After 11 it's pretty shady along Altantic and a nice spot to sit
The drip coffee is good. The egg , cheese and papas bravas press is very good.
Order the everything bagel . Yummy!
