Try weinerschnitzel slider . I had mine without egg but I am thinking the egg adds some flavor. The balsamic on the top was nice.

Clever food truck name, that's about it. The plain fries ($4) taste like they're from a freezer bag at Denny's. Their Schnitzel & Angus burger are underwhelming, brioche buns r bland. Way overpriced.
Very slow, so make sure they get your entire order. They sometimes miss things, forcing your to wait even longer.
