I've actually never had biggby's coffee before but when I walked in there to buy a gift card, all the workers were so friendly and energetic! Nice place to sit and relax!

Wireless works fine, atmosphere is pretty coffee-shop-nice, and the coffee 's good, if a bit more than other places. Staff members are super friendly and there's a nice outdoor patio for warmer weather

Super chill atmosphere...excellent wireless Internet. My only complaint is that the employees can be too peppy/loud or not friendly at all. Find an even balance peoples!

While it's in season, the Peppermint Stick Mocha latte is fabulous - must try!
