I just want to commend the customer service reps who assisted us and made our dining experience better than in Ayala branch. They're accommodating and helpful. Wait time is lesser and food is great!

This is the worst shakeys to go. Their AC is something you pick out of the garbage and the staff aren't competent enough to take care of their customers
