It would appear that there is a sea bird sanctuary on the roof of the fifth floor, best would be to ask for a room below the fifth if you value your sleep.

Good breakfest
Got back to our room on 3rd floor to find the corridor & room stinking of cigarette smoke. Apparently, floors 4 & 6 permit smoking in the rooms. Were not even asked if we had prefs re smoking.
