At first coming from my usual den at the Taj mahal hotel I thought the tridents gonna be a dump . Boy was i wrong!? It blew my sox off. Loved it,well Not as much as Taj but still excellent.

The staff and service at this luxurious are 10/10. Magnificent view , close to the beach , and lovely rooms. Definitely the best scented hotel I have ever experienced.

Service is horrible. Baggage takes ages. Reception/concierge don't pick up. Breakfast spot has a long queue every day. Location is good. Beds r amazing & breakfast is really good!

First thing you notice walking into this fabulous hotel is the sweet smell of Jasmine as you walk through the lobby. The next surprize comes after a shower and putting a towel around your head. Wow❣

It's not what it used to be. Service is top class . I used to love coming for weddings/functions here. But the last 2 experiences with food were terrible. Also, reduce the number of interns pls.
