Great place. Very cozy , Professional and friendly stuff . Big variety of group trainings with the best fitness instructors in town ;-)
A good place to sweat. And then wash it off. No pools though. 😞

Quite hot in here to do long cardio . Must be something wrong with conditioning system.
Quite old equipment. Also feels stuffy.
