Service at the ticket and refreshment counters are really awful and has been for years. Tip: buy tickets online and sneak in snacks if you can.

Cinema 8 Row D8 seats 8 to 10 have extra leg space, very comfy .

Super slow queues! If you plan to get snacks , just get in that line because you can buy tickets there too. Or if no snacks , hit up the self-service machines and bypass the slow cashiers alltogether.

Ster kinikor rocks, these guys have arcane self service & the staff are on a go slow mode.

Cinema Screen 7. Book in row E. Lots of legroom with an aisle in front of you so no irritating latecomers stomping on your toes.

Cinema 12 has very comfortable seats ! Best in a long time...

Buy your tickets online in advance - the queues are always long and the service is super slow.

Probably the dirtiest, slowest, unkempt, cinemas in the cape!!! Concession stands are far from hygienic, where you can expect super long ques! Very dissapointing - another reason to hire/buy DVD

Why on earth do they have help yourself terminals when they never work? Honestly...

You can only buy slushies at the front ticketing counters now...not at the confectionary counters inside! Fail.

Not cool that ticket n refreshments are at 1 place.

This must truly be one of the WORST cinema complexes in the country . Slow ticket counters , even slower self-service machines, dodgy projectionists ! Seriously in need of improvement (6 Feb 2012)

i have had to walk out of my movie due to the projectionist screening the show in the wrong aspect ratio. not my first poor experience at this cinema .

Must be the worst cinema house in the country . Poorly trained staff , unfriendly and have always experienced "technical glitches"

The dudes bathrooms smell like urine.

Worst service at the ticket counter under the Dros. Got ignored by 3 staff members and the manager.
