Jill and I had an amazing vacation at this resort . I would highly recommend. We had a private butler Angel who was amazing. Also when we arrived Stephanie the concierge was terrific
This place is beautiful. The help is amazing. So many to recommend keep a eye out for the entertainment team of Teddy, Rocky and Manore. If you want the best coco loco ask for Luis Miguel.
Great resort ! I recommend that you get a room at the castle , those are the best, and check out the adults only pool at the roof of the castle , lonely and beatufull.

Beautiful hotel . Amazing landscaping. Great pools and nice little beach . Service is amazing. Everyone was truly committed to making it a great vacation for us. Will definitely go back.
Staff rotates every few weeks. Carlos at ocean bar is the best as well as Bernard at the main pool bar . Go to ocean bar for a private pool experience. No brats amazing service and views !
Pool bar pours are a joke, make sure ask for a little extra booze. Stay away from any food you think looks sketchy , though really everything is pretty good. Oh and don't miss out on the pool aerobics!
