Old style hotel housed above Hanshin Mall . Very comfy rooms :come with humidifier, nespresso machine, even printer & lovely Clarins toileteries. Great breakfast buffet . Great staff service!

A nice hotel back in the day but you can definitely see the wear and tear. Also the neighborhood is no linger trendy . Better off in north part of the city

Service is excellent from the time you step out of your vehicle until you catch your ride home. Best place to stay in Kaohsiung.

If you don't like the typical hard Asian bed, you can request a softer bed. They also have a "pillow menu".

Old and dirty . Found questionable hairs in the bathroom and bugs next to the bedside table.

Also breakfast buffet is eh and there's only one copy of each foreign newspaper that has to stay in the business center . No news with breakfast

Bad location for a luxury hotel . Too old school.
