We stayed here in the off season. We found the room clean and comfortable . The facilities are standard for a Comfort Inn. It's not the Ritz. It was also only $60.

Pretty much your standard disappointment of a hotel . The rooms are dirty and smell of wet dog. The breakfast "buffet " is little more than some watered down juice and assorted breads .
If you don't smoke make sure you request a non smoking room they smell like old cigarettes
