This is my favorite place to have dinner in Auckland! Mussels with fries and a glass of draft beer are made for each other and you just can't miss them. Staff are very friendly and great service !

The green lipped mussels were delicious. 1kg for $25 is a must. Beer is pricey , but you need to expect that if it's imported. Anyways it was good. Highly recommend for night out.

Amazing value and delicious mussels in creamy white wine and garlic sauce , served with frites . We also liked the Belgian sausages with stoemp (mash ). Served in a 140+ years old heritage building.

This was my second visit. The beef schnitzel wasn't too tender and the breading was falling off. Mussels were too chewy. It looks that it very depends on who is in the kitchen. Our drinks were wrong.

Be prepared to wait at least 45minutes for your food. The grilled mussels were good, and do not order lime and Cajun mussels unless you like sour fusion.
