This place is in a nice location but it always reeks of smoke ridiculously. Very slow service often and very little English spoken. But the hot chocolate is good and they offer dog water bowls outside

They have a lot of cool stores here! In general this area is one of the best places to go shopping if you don't mind looking for sales. It's also closer than Tokyo for me so very worth it! - Diana C.
