Very kind and helpful staff are always available at the checkouts (especially this middle aged asian lady who was at the express checkouts today - very friendly and helpful) great :)
Can't buy alcohol with the rest of your groceries . Can only buy at the checkouts in the beer and wine section , where every other man and his dog are queuing up to buy theirs too
Got your veggies ? All of them? It's a long walk back through the silly one-route system if you've forgotten any! Classic Pak or Saves!
Some of the staff in the aisles are a tad bit clueless about what items they have or where they are located (i was looking for a funnel once and i had to ask 3 staff members)
Incredibly busy on a Sunday afternoon, try to avoid at that time.
You can buy groceries here. It's pretty good for that.
During 9.00am - 10.30am you have to listen the radio for a while...
Very ordinary pak'nSave, they didnt have all we needed there.
Without a doubt the most revolting shopping experience in Auckland, if not New Zealand! Dirty , scabby with rude lazy staff that seem to have an aversion to cleaning and customer services.
Hopefully they will clean it when they finish their renovations
