Cleaners woke us up at 9am on the day of checkout by entering our room. Did the same to my father staying in a different room. Must be a ploy to get you out earlier than the 12 o’clock checkout.
Give their afternoon tea a try- very tasty and perfect on the new al fresco terrace .
Book Spa treatment in advance. After check in told they are booked out for the next 2 days solid. Pretty disappointing, seems they take a lot of outside bookings and don't keep enough for hotel guests
Fantastic meeting facilities - spacious , fully equipped and helpful staff . Food is fantastic too.
The prawn tempura is superb, and the fillet steak is killer!
