Rooms with pool are clean with nice details..staff is friendly .hotel pool is great.beach is white sand and amazing..spa also is very good quality and atmosphere was cool.beach is calm and perfect.

Hotel is really beautiful with large, comfortable rooms and a nice beach area . Staff is very helpful and friendly .

Family suite is huge with a private swimming pool , exotic and perfect for a getaways as well .

Ambiance of the rooms are great but i can compose so many sentences that starts with "however". There are never enough sunbeds on the beach . You can not find available sunbeds .

You have to wait in the shower for 5 minutes to have hot water. The employees aren't so caring about guests compared to the hotel next to. (imperial boat house hotel )

Receptionists can not speak english enough. İt's even difficult to ask them for "doctor ". Of course there is No doctor in a 5 star hotel !!!

It's nice ,good location all staff so lovely.

You have to go to the bar to ask for more sun umbrellas or sunbeds , however they have No solution to this problem.

Ambrose restaurant is terrible. It's more European then Thai. Poor and slow service. You'll get main course and soup for desert afterwards.

Also the wifi connection is poor. You can stay connected only at certain points in the room with so many disconnection experience :(

Restaurant staff have no service mind. Not may guests but have wait for long time to get service.

Kitchen is terrible. Not recommended for visiting. WiFi almost doesn't work.

Suiteler çok ferah ve doğayla içiçe. Çalışanlar Thai misafirperverliğini hiç unutturmuyor. Kasım ayında tesis sakin ve dinlendirici . Otel denize sıfır ve adanın en temiz ve sakin plajında bulunuyor.

Очень хороший отель , но персонал в большинстве не знает английского.
