New cafe is nice and airy. Always a queue though and the OAPs love it.

The staff in the cafe aren't to blame for the queues, it's the system in all M&S cafes which is so inefficient.
Food hall can be quite pricy but the food is nice
Watch out for the fearsome tigers in the furniture department.
Coffee is never quite hot enough.
Buy food at a dedicated M&S food as the shelves are bare here!!
