In the middle of nowhere, but once you're here, you're in heaven. Two beaches , three very good restaurants with easygoing staff . Pro athletes & kids mingle in the lobby - definitely a family place .

So villas in jungle are the best ( have kitchen washing machine so if you have kids ...) . Food is fantastic, service is top. All their tours worth to be done with a SUV pref.

Congo 's Restaraunt @ Four Seasons CR, all you can eat Brazilian Rodizio is a must. The beef is just too good to pass up. The Ceviche Bar is second to none.

There is so much to do at this resort . A great choice if you are looking to enjoy the outdoors. Secluded yet accessible, with 5-star service.

New Species Discoveries on the Trail of Giants. A guided tour through a tropical dry forest , home to countless endangered species. Perhaps you’ll be lucky enough to discover an unknown species.

For an adventure, try sport fishing in Costa Rica's "Jurassic Park " waters. Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica will even help you cook your catch for dinner .

The resort 's volunteer program offers an amazing experience. Crafting with the local children in their school outreach program was definitely the highlight of the trip for me.

Make sure to stay in a private bungalow in the jungle !
