I'm not sure how people (idiots) expect valet parking for all 24 floors. Check around, there are tons of parking decks for $5/day. Wonderful hotel , helpful staff . Great views from the 16th floor!

The rooms by the elevators are larger however, if you are a light sleeper good luck or come prepared you'll be listening to the elevator and its screeching all night/day

Last min trip & bid on Priceline the king room is worth the $98 I spent (included the tax & fee) not the listed $250 (with tax & fee). After booking the room I went to hotel 's site to see the savings.

This hotel is dirty . Soap is caked on soap dish, stained tea bags at coffee maker, hair from previous guest in sink... Hire a new cleaning person.

Staff is very helpful and friendly ..get up with Saul at the bell hop stand...he will give you tons of tips on things to do and places to visit downtown.

King room was small, but for the $81/night that we paid, well worth the money. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Walking distance to all kinds of stuff.

I work at this hotel and its one of the best hotels in downtown pittsburgh especially for its location. Why do people think parking is always free and unlimited especially if it downtown. Plan ahead

Good service , clean rooms , not huge but it was good for us because we weren't in our room much. Comfortable beds . Nice view from room 1134. Can walk to downtown, cultural district, and PNC park .

Awesome pool and jacuzzi . Amazing views . The hotel is so huge that one always sees a long queue for checking or checkout. Worth a stay for the price.

Valet full but parking garage a street over is cheaper anyway. If you want to be within walking distance of stadiums and places to go its worth a deal if you get it on Hotwire. Don't pay full price.

Make sure you ask for a room with a river view . It is well worth the extra money!

I asked for a fridge and guess what? The staff sent me one in minutes! This is a great hotel period!

Ask for Geno at the bar/restaurant!!! He's a great guy, from Russia!!! He's too much fun to talk to and he's got a great sense of humor! If you don't talk to him you are missing out ;)

If you need to cool off from the heat outside, come inside and enjoy the air conditioning . They have ice water with lemons too.

Small rooms with paper-thin walls and no frig BUT great shower water pressure and a cool gift shop open until 10pm. Your choice.

Peel the sticker that covers up the Hilton logo found on the snooze button on the top of your alarm clock. A pot of good awaits you! Luck of the Irish, or a cheapskate hotel ? Your call.

Easy access to all of downtown and the Duquesne Incline

Dont bring your pet . I got a 'riverside view ' room of some stairs. Plus the room is small. But its nice to walk around. Everything is close to the hotel .

Hotel is being renovated and is looking good. Staff has been very friendly and rooms are nice decorated and clean .

mildew in shower , valet was full, room on small side, last call at bar was 12:25am bar full closed down by 12:35am suppose to be open until 1am. On plus side excellent view from room.

Ask for a room overlooking the state park/front of the building on a higher floor. Best view in Pittsburgh.

Missing items after using valet services . All mgmt said was they are not responsible. Thank you for the great customer service. I'd recommend thinking twice about using this service here if you stay.

Check under your sheets before getting undressed and getting in to bed. I found dirty underwear tucked by my feet. Guess they didn't find the need to change sheets after the last guest! Claim them!

For such a nice hotel it wasn't all that clean management needs to fix that... Great views but... Next time I'll stay somewhere else! Dust on things, smeared spots on the windows and mirrors yuck

The hotel is totally bad compare to other hotels in the U.S. There is no safety box in the room!The Wifi is very slow.The hotel really needs to renovation.The only good thing is the location.

Angus with mush/onions is good; quality and price were exactly what I expected for room service .

Hotel was fine. Rooms seem clean . Perfect location for the marathon. The restaurant was sub-par for breakfast .

Fancy but costly. Paid govt rate but wasn't aware of any "incidentals" which cost me a extra $100. Parking in a sketchy garage at $18 nightly.No fridge in room. Rollerbed available in certain rooms.

They have quiet floors.

Stayed here a few times and everything was just fine...

My hotel room is very nice. Extremely nice bathroom and long area.

Small rooms , ours reeks of a campfire at all times, no safe in rooms, & $30 a night valet . Won't stay again

That Geno from Russia is a crazy lad with strange sense of humor - getting annoying after first minute's over.

Stay away, far away!! Some of the most untrained and inexperienced staff EVER!!! The management should be ashamed of themselves. The untrained employees do all they can to try to make your stay nice.

We just tried to park and no valet , bc too many cars. I agree it's dumb that they can't accommodate all the hotel patrons.

Micro rooms, hot hallways, no taxis , and really it doesn't need to take an hour to serve a salad .
