It is pretty good airport , it takes almost one hour to center of Surabaya. There are many restaurants , u can enjoy it.

Good airport to see outside Jakarta beside Yogyakarta airport . Boarding and arrival gates are located at first floor not at the ground floor. Easier access but applicable for front door of the plane .

For the national airline of Indonesia, Garuda doesnt live up to its standard. The tickets are still hand written and if you have international connecting flight , you have to check in again yourself!!!

I'm in love with this new set of Juanda airport . It has a lot of stores and my fave junk food restaurant The Burger King. Unfortunately, It costs you Rp 75000 for the airport tax.

Airport staff are generally nice! Make sure you grab a bite before going inside if you're hungry. Didn't see any restaurant inside.. One can pay for lounge access though..

Go for Soerabajda cafe ! Their oxtail soup is the best! (Pricey though)

Confusing. Especially when you are transit. Sometimes you can go straight to the next waiting room. Other time you have to go out and in again to the departure with no explanation nor direction.

The toilet is clean enough. And comfortable . Compare to SHIA, Juanda is much better

Quite surprised this airport is more comfortable than soeta. Good atmosphere, lot of stores, neat and clean .

Hectic arrival hall at JIA. You can find a Soto Madura Resto not far from the gate.

+; Dont simply try "Ojek" if you got no knowledge about where you heading. To be safe.. please use Bluebird or Cipaganti cab. ASK them if they use "Argo" (Cab Price Meter)..

This "new" airport complex is over capacity, i find it hard to find a parking spot here. Many people sit on floor and smoke, look like a slum

Terminal 2 (newer terminal) is for international flights - while 1 is for domestic

Need comfortable place for charging ur phone? Come to Circle K. You can also buy coffee or enjoy some snacks there. The price is not expensive .

Give me a break. The cleanest airport ?? Shuttle that should leave every 15 minutes, but driver was too busy chatting and left 45 minutes late. He is luckily fired!! Thanks to our complain.

Take your time when departing from this airport , queues and number of controls are insane. But the staff is very nice and cooperative.

No blue bird taxi , only limousine bird and airport taxi around. Nice and clean airport !
