They open early but serve breakfast till noon. All food is good. Good service . Good coffee . My winter favorite: hot lemon-one of the few places in town serving this.
Right in front of the Orthodox Cathedral .. loos at back on left .. outdoor seating .. friendly

Panorama interesanta asupra Pietei Victoriei.Destul de inghesuita, totusi.
Amabilitate, calitate si ceva ce incep sa pretuiesc toot mai mult in tara asta, daca vrei ceva ce nu e neaparat in meniu: "se poate".

Beautiful square in the center, opera theater on one side, main church on the other side, benches, flowerbeds and a fountain in between. Good place for a sunny afternoon. - Sveta
