Dine in is the best!! Free hot tea , free ice cream at the end of our meal, sometimes other free foods... And I think the portions are also a lot bigger for the same amount of money.
As far as service and food goes, this is the best Chinese Restaurant you'll find in Maryland. Go with the Soba noodles , and some edamame , you won't regret it.
Get the sushi special ! 2 rolls (16 pcs) and a side for $11.95. Best service I've had in a long time. Friendly welcoming environment, family friendly and amazing selection of cuisine.
