Update: chicken is still really really good here. Good seating area and bathrooms have been updated. There’s soap now! Bonus points for being able to exit without having to touch a door handle.

Fried chicken here is always on point but no soap in the bathrooms is not on point. I'm sure they have their own sink but that's nasty

Bathrooms are horrendous! Told the worker, who was sitting at a table socializing, that the bathroom was nasty and stunk to high hell and with an attitude he said uh yeah I'll have someone look at it.

This is the most disgusting royal farms I have ever been in. There are flies all over the ordering area and food prep area. The bath rooms are disgusting! The smell terrible and they are nasty.

There are no words to describe the smell in the bathrooms ...

They should really hire someone to clean the restroom it was horrible

Most DISGUSTING bathroom I have ever seen. Stained toilets , flies on the seats, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. DO NOT USE THE REST ROOMS HERE!
