Ask for a room on the second or third floor on courtyard side far away from the elevator if u r looking for peace and quiet . We were able to sleep til 11 am with no disturbances
When you check in after 9pm, plan on standing at the front desk for a while. There's never anyone there
Very hot water in the bathrooms . Clean rooms and spacious . Love the balcony .
Courtyard Marriott has a great feel and even better staff . If you have to be away from home this is the place you want to be.

Pretty lame. Small room, not soundproof. No comp breakfast even for gold/platinum and not even coffee so they can "promote" the Starbucks they have. Residence Inn down the road is much better.
By far one of the best Courtyards I've stayed at. Plus, the staff here is extremely friendly . Boulder, CO in general is really starting to grow on me!
