Wonderful traditional interior with a nautical theme. Many items have been salvaged from local wrecks. Great real ales .
We had a very quirky but great evening at the Benbow, meeting the very friendly locals of the pub who really made you feel at home.
Heavy shabby! Love it. Good beer , simple but excellent Fish&chips
This historic 13th century pub is decorated throughout with items recovered from shipwrecks in the area. The main dining area actually IS the inside of a ship. As a bonus, the food is great.
Amusingly decorated, descent food including roast, salad and soup
Surprising restaurant/pub, the main entrance does't give justice to the rest of the rooms, a real pirate vessel!
Quirky and run, the perfect place to enjoy a cold Cornish Rattler Cider
Good beer w great service
Quirky pub and with surprisingly good food. Best burger I've had in a while!!
Quirky pub , food is amazing. Definitely a must!!
Love pubs like this. Full of interesting brick a brac.
Superb decoration, tasty food.
Atmospheric!
Lots of cosy nooks to sit in.
Interesting inside which will entertain kids. Don't choose the crab baguette it's bad value for money
Busy 14th century pub which is Penzance's oldest. All the rooms are beamed and there is a beautiful sun trap garden. Great real ales. - Carl Griffin
The biggest jacket potato I've ever eaten, served to me by extremely friendly and helpful staff. Sit outside when it's sunny and enjoy a pint of Cornish cider. A nice pub, worth a stop. - Madison
Fantastic brew pub. Excellent choice of beers, all in great condition. Very friendly staff and locals. The type of pub that is hard to find in London - I'll be back when next in town. - Jon
