Reserving items online is a great idea but prepare to wait a long time for pick up- seems the returns customers are always helped first. :(
Stuff knows nothing about their inventory, even though it's rather limited. It's no wonder Amazon wins the retail race.
Avoid Best Buy at all costs. Staff have no idea what their warranties or policies are.. I have been shunted, brushed off, etc by management and employees. Diff story for warranty at every location..
