The ramen is pretty standard, need to order rich soup to make it tasty..the premium slice pork is relatively OK
If you wanna treat yourself, get the rich soup base. It'll be worth it!

Pedir ramen con refill; pides tu plato, te pasan a un “privado” en donde seleccionas cómo quieres el ramen ; ellos te recomiendan ponerle todo medio, aunque en spicy, vale la pena ponerle más de medio
一蘭は、別に福岡以外で食べなくても良いかな？くらいです。また、福岡の味か？と言う疑問も。創作ラーメン としては、美味しいです。
替え玉 の麺 は、最初の麺 を半分ぐらい食べたところで頼んだほうがいいです。でないとスープ が冷めてしまって替え玉 の麺 がスープ とうまく混ざりません。

細麺 にピリ辛とんこつ スープ が絶妙でした。硬めんをオーダーしましたが、もう少し麺 にコシが欲しかった…(^^;;
混雑時は食券機前に店員がついて捌いてくれるので初めてでもシステムが分からず迷うことはないと思う

そんなにお腹空いてないのに、替玉 しちゃう。
これは主観ですが、大阪で食べるよりも出汁が薄いかも 。
博多ラーメン ではなかった。

ここの椅子は座面が後傾していて、食う時にメッチャ身を乗り出さないとあかんのが、けっこうイラッとする。しかも、隣との間隔が狭いうえに背もたれが高いので、隣に他の人がいたら狭いし、いなけりゃいないで隣の背もたれがいちいち肩に当たってイラッとする。どうにかしてもらえんのだろうか？(2018/12月現在) - Masayuki Yoshiyama
