staff friendly no matter where u sit.whatever u find on the menu will be good &pair it with a double apple shishah 4 an enjoyable experience

I called before I came to ask about a football match and if they'll be showing it.. After asking about the details (who's playing, which league, what channel) they told me that they will (LIE)

The waiters pressure people to buy that water bottle on the table. W/ Shisha , some waiters LIE & say all they have is the "special" Shisha only (which is BS, don't take the special if u don't want it)

The place is very organized and cleaned the service is perfect. It is not a coffeeshop but also their food tasty.

The restaurant not same before, the food taste not like when the restaurant open , but still good service , clean , helpful staff ,

loved the fruit plater. order the ice hose and make sure you get it ice cold.

From the service to the food & the atmosphere ,, overall the place is worthy to come back to!!

I tried the 3 branches: zayed road , jumera and blvd .. I didn't like the food at all ????????????????and the shisha was bad .. The good thing that they have backgammon game and open late night ..

Awesome atmosphere, delicious food. I hate shisha smoke, but you can't feel it inside because of air purifiers.

Weather is just perfect at this time of the year ...just the place to be at to work or chat and chill

Good food, the service was bad they took a long time to get our order. But the shisha was great.

Service is usually at a good level but on the last visit it was poor. Waiters were uninterested in working and had to follow up several times for small requests (extra plates, copies of the menu etc)

It offers a classic Arabic and relaxing atmosphere which is perfect for a busy day.

A little noisy because this place is just off SZR, but amazing food and sheesha . And if indoors the noise doesn't matter

Nice food, hustler staff , they do their best to make you order most expensive orders and they do kind of cheating by bringing additional things you didn't order.

Avoid during daytime/lunch as minimal food is served here (only mana'eesh). Evenings are the best as full menu is served.

I think it's overhyped! Plenty of better middle eastern restaurants around.

Slow service even though staff are friendly . Food and sheesha not up to par with the Jumeira branch. Far too smoky indoors as well . Not the best of places for a hangout.

If you are hungry try the Philadelphia Beef sandwich .

The double shisha apple 3al hawa is the best in Dubai. Its a mist to try it. Just say " al hawa"

Fabulous food..good service although they're slow..delicious food..go with triple homus and baba ghanog as a starter and then go with mixed grilled chicken Reem albawadi for the main dish ????????
