located downstairs tokyo tower (in the food mall ). seems like a local place people kick back, and chill after work. negima (green onion pieces chicken ) was delicious!

Excellent view for ¥770. It's closed at 9pm, don't go around 8:30 'cause you won't have enough time to look around. I wish I could be with my Pearl - Angeliux
