Good atmosphere and friendly staff.The king prawns with wasabi sauce from Chef Kent Lee was wonderful!! I would recommend!
absolutely overpriced! service often not acceptable. bloody mary in a glass without a straw, spices or vegetables . beer up to 17 USD. fresh orange juice in a water glass and warm temperature. fuuu
Outrageous drink prices. A Guinness (0.5 litre) is approximately $17!!!
Beer has gone bad ages ago. I could not finish it and ordered another one. They still charged for it at full price. The barman promised to pass to "the barman" the message. Who was serving me then??

The worst service I've ever seen in hotel bars , the staff is not trained at all and don't have an idea about their alcohol drink assortment , service doesn't match that prices！

Not bad music for Astana. Opp. Kazakh Telecom building on Kenesary. Bar is downstairs, some nights bouncers will frisk you before allowing entry. Not bad food, prices OK. Dancefloor. Friendly staff. - Chris Merriman
