Very good restaurant to try a Pekin Duck with the chef show how to cut it. All dim dum snd dumpling are delicious, reasobable price.

Duck is amazing and not too fatty. Making the duck wraps is a chore if you just want to stuff your face on a freezing day. Up market decor feels weird. Online booking system best avoided. Duck !

They take reservations at 630 and 830 pm, which gets you prime seating around the koi pond , with a great view of the "roasting Center". You can go in, feel the heat, and take awesome pictures!

Amazing roast duck . Incredible menu. Service is a bit unnatentive and standoffish - but I think that's lost in translation. Get the duck , obviously. And the dumplings .

This was a very interesting one. Possibly one of the most expensive restaurants I have been in abroad. But if you have the lean duck with pancakes etc you can share comfortably. Food is excellent!

This place is so posh! Never leave Beijing without eating the famous Chinese Peking Duck here! The skin is so crunchy and moist that it melts in ur mouth! Must try! ;-)

Get a table near the kitchen/open oven so you can watch your duck come out of the fire. Two prix fixe menus, by the way. Don't get full before you get to the duck !

The Peking duck is good however be prepared to wait for an hr! Had a free soup , desserts , fruits by the restaurant . Half a duck is good for 2.

Duck is worth the try. However, a bit expensive for what is actually served in the plate while ordering a whole Pekin duck . Better book in advance as we had to wait more than 30 minutes.

The duck obviously had to be done when in Beijing. Half is not that much... You can probably manage a whole one for a single person. They also bring out oranges on dry ice as an after which was fun.

Good service , nice environment the Peking duck skin is very crispy but compare with quanjude I still prefer quanjude Peking duck

Bamboo skin with black truffle (reminiscent of pasta in texture & taste) was a nice find in addition to the must-have roast duck .

The Peking duck is absolutely lean and wonderful in both taste and texture. The meat is firm while the skin is crispy with very little fat. Goes well with their fresh pomegranate juice .

We got half duck to share for two. This is so we can also try other stuff. Half duck is not on the menu so ask the waiter .

Be careful with their molecule mojito . At least for us the whipped cream probably wasn't at all fresh. I'll spare the details what happened the next day.
