Promoters at the writing instrument section got out of the wrong side of the bed. Sour face. No eye contact. Reluctant 2 sell. She's not young ok... gosh.Malay girl at Timberland is much friendlier .
Service and managment very slow,customer service staff just sitting and dont do anything.
Just bash customer service. Cashier staff not enough to collect item. Poor cashier has to find n do cashing.. Many staff just sitting at customer service counter do nothing . Don't know how to manage
