In true IAD fashion, it takes what feels like days to walk from the front desk to the bar . For a second I thought I might have to board a separate people mover .

Better keeping out of the lounge altogether -- packed during late afternoon, food terrible/non-existent -- forget preflight dining (!!) -- frankly a disgrace

I just can't decide if this lounge is really any better than just waiting at the gate... United should really be ashamed.

Always United is shining... Regular flight is scheduled at 10:30pm but loungeis closing at 9:30pm....

This has to be the worst lounge I have ever been to. A dark, maze-like dungeon with some preprocessed cheese and lukewarm soft drinks . Try to spend as much time as possible in the newer A/B concourse.

It was a little difficult to get into the lounge initially. It offered trial mimosa today.

Overcrowded, understaffed and in generally run down condition. You can stand in line for 15 minutes waiting to get bar service . I was at the new club in San Diego last week. Night and day difference!

It can't be stated enough have bad this place is. Stuffed full of people drinking cheap booze in the Concourse D dungeon .

At Dulles they still serve Veuve Clicquot at $12 a glass it is the best deal going!

Great place to relax between flights. Don't forget to get their card to use the free wifi because it's difficult to use 3G here.

Odd cross between a basement rumpus room and a large medical waiting room

This club need MORE power plugs. All the chairs in the middle of the room DO NOT have outlets. Took a while to find 2 seats near an outlet.

Here's a tip..... Bring your own chair because there is no where to sit!!!!

Dunkin donuts close by. Then you have subways and gordan b... Gordans has an amazing breakfast sandwich ...

If you enjoy standing in line and doing laps to find a place to sit, this place is for you!

As with all lounges in USA airports … too small for the number of people. Food appalling. It’s merely a respite from the craziness of the common areas in the airport . Even the toilets are horrible.

Holy crowded ! Underwhelmed with the amenities and food.

Lounge more crowded than the gates in the airport . .....

If you have some time... Run and have a 10min manicure or sit and read a book ...

Breakfast options suck. The spread at the Super 8 is superior to this.

American Airline Clubs are embarrassing compared to European, or for the matter any other's in the world. Shameful really.

Good beer is charged. Unbelieveble.

Agree 110% below. Took 15 mins to find 2 open seats close together, bar line was 5 deep... "Premier" doesn't feel so special here....

Regardless of what the united agents tell you coming out of customs, this isn't an international first lounge that's at C4. Go there if you have access.

More a United cave than a United Club. The other clubs in the terminal are better, but the Dulles clubs are pretty miserable overall.

Closes at 9:30p, food gets put away starting at 9p, 9:15 is last call at the bar .

United Clubs really don't compare to the overseas lounges !

Instead of sending a plane , UA is sending an " area supervisor " to explain to hundreds of customers why our flight to Buenos Aires was delayed for over 15 hrs!!this makes nonsense at all!!
