All you can eat ribs on Wednesday. But if you're like me and like lots of sauce you'll be disappointed. Though the ribs themselves are pretty meaty and cooked pretty well .
The mashed potatoes are awesome! They have a touch of garlic but also buttermilk and they are super creamy. Make sure you eat them while they are hot!
Food left a bit to be desired, but they have Blue Moon on tap !

There is always something for everyone. The pork loin was wonderful today as was the mac & cheese. Desserts aren't the best but fresh fruit is available so that's a good thing. - Spydr
