It's wonderful being able to have all my laundry done perfectly, ahead of time and without having to take a second mortgage to pay for it. All the furniture is SO comfortable !

if you in rush hours, try nasi goreng from their kitchen, it was served fast in around 15 minutes and delicious.

Nice rooftop pool but it's this bathtub that makes this hotel my regular place in Jakarta.

Absolutely love their free standing tub! Although it would be helpful if they labeled their taps to know which is hot and cold.

The room is very good. It has king size bed & large bathroom with automatic closet . It has a unique view as well ; facing the Famous HI Roundabout right in the middle of it. Enjoyable stay.

This flood is putting Hotel Kempinsky and all hotels into real test. Now let us see how the hotel treat stranded guests whom can't go in or out of the area thus rate how humane or good this hotel ;)

Rooms are very comfortable and very well equipped.

Must try the WC.. Damn comfortable .. U no need to use hand at all.. Go in, sit on it, press buttons, finish business then leave.. Great..

Nice hotel to be in if you have a good budget. Better than other 5 star hotels that I've been in.

Breakfast spread is great.

The buffet was a huge disappointment and 50000rph fir a Coca Cola !!!!

Flood caused no cars in out of Kempinski. Existing guest stranded but hotel mgt cannot confirm ext because "booking full"? Booked guest whom not arrive more important than stranded guests in trouble?

The Signatures Restaurant serves a mediocre breakfast . Large spread but poor quality food and even worse coffee and service. Not a single smile on any of the staff faces.
