Since refurb has lost the Charm of a proper British pub , and so lost a lot of it's foreign clientele. Meets Gastro pub standards as expected from a Greene King refit.

Don't expect to get a full pint here has to be 5% head!!!!!and the chicken with BBQ sauce , microwaved yuk! New decor , food was better before

The obscure doesn't do particularly great coffee so check out South Coast Roast on Richmond Hill instead. Otherwise there are stalls here at different times of the year to have a look at. - Ian Rathbone
