I always use the drive thru and never have a problem. Service is friendly and they get my order right. Also the milkshake machine does not mysteriously stop working after 10pm like some other spots!
The drive thru staff at night are particularly unfriendly. TERRIBLE customer service, everything is a chore to them, and their tone reeks of “I hate my life”.
I guess all Jack in the Box take long in the drive thru after a certain time.
