Very refined. As close to food in japan as you can get. wonderful menu, that makes the already amazing sushi pale in comparison. Excellent if pricy . Worth that.
Very good sashimi , including some not frequently found elsewhere.
We went to The Glow Eindhoven , and passed this restaurant . Really delicious fresh made sushi . It taste like being in Japan .
