Good place in the city center. Gym , fitness, sauna and 2h of free parking in Arkady
Lockrooms are tiny and sauna is horrible. Try Sky Tower's Fitness Academy, it's very close and much better.

Bardzo duża i przestronna siłownia, dużo sprzętu do cardio, maszyn i wolnych ciężarów. Jest też strefa dla maniaków cross-fitu. W męskiej szatni prawie 150 szafek. Karty MultiSport bez dopłat.
Strefy cardio i strech rozstawione wzdłuż przeszklonej ściany z bardzo ładnym widokiem na Wrocław. Przyjemnie ciśnie się kolejne kilometry na bieżni wpatrując się w miasto.

It's a fun and different concept since its self service with a big variety of foods. Interior is cozy with a folklor feeling. I truly recommend the coconut cheesecake, it's out of this world! ???? - Anna
