How is it possible you go to Party City San Patricio to buy a small Happy Birthday BALLOON and one if the employees answers back, "We only make seasonal balloons ." Aren't birthdays all year round?
It's funny how I ask the Manager the price of some candy : -Excuse me. Are the price if theese 10¢ each? Her reply: "No sir, you're wrong, they're 10 for a $1.00" Anyways, found what I was looking for.
