High quality resort with tons of options for food and relaxation. Breakfast lines can get long, so rise early. Adult pool is quiet and tranquil. Main pool has an MC w daily activities.

Breathtaking resort , great restaurants , clubs, bars , nightly entertainment, spa , pools, fire pits and friendly staff . I'd definitely stay here again!

Take a short walk to La Comer - a Walmart kind of grocery store where you get swim toys for the kids, Mexican souvenirs, and over the counter medication.

Hyatt Ziva has two gourmet buffet restaurants offering delicious Mexican specialties and dishes from around the world. they're open for breakfast , lunch and dinner .

Very nice all inclusive resort , large swimming pools , variety of food, charming staff . No wi-fi in the rooms, a bit of broken equipment in our suite, though was quickly fixed! Recommended!

El lugar muy bello. La comida blah. Lo mejor es el spa , llega una hora antes de tu cita y haz el circuito de agua , deli. Y si te gusta lo bonito, levántate a ver el amanecer.

Bonito, la comida promedio, el personal adentro excelente y atento, lo peor el front desk, casi paso mas tiempo en el front desk que disfrutando de las instalaciones, lentos para todo

El peor hotel al que he ido te cobran todo, todos los bares lo cierra temprano, son groseros. Parece que hay toque de keda realmente solo es un bonito escenario con muchísima falta de servicio
