What is happening here? Soooo much potential...Soooo little aspiration. This place could be a gem of a cigar/tobacco establishment, but it doesn't even care or realize it's a diamond in the rough.

I found the selection of pipes and pipe tobacco to be poor and overpriced. The staff was not knowledgeable and seemed uninterested in pipes and tobacco in general. He was pleasant enough, though.
