Their Club King Room is awesome. Large space , king size bed , jacuzzi , gorgeous arrangements and most importantly a stunning view of a city .
Despite the refurbishment going on, I had a peaceful stay. The rooms are spacious and the staff very friendly . Recommended for business trips.
Rooms are very worn out and in serious need of refurbishment . One of the rare hotel with CRT TV in the guestroom!!!
Facilities are good and convenient location. Love the pool and the shisha lounge . But all the F&B needs a serious makeover
Before it's three in one now even and ood number plate. Very hard to reach hotel and also very old one. Prefer to have another hotel near Kuningan for staying.
Very dated and serious refurbishment is needed. Imagine an ol CRT TV is still available these days

Old, the TV is still the huge box, the furnitures are ripped and damaged, a lot of refurbishment needs to be done. For the price you paid, I expect a lot more from Crowne.

It's a five-star hotel but too old. I'm embarrassed as no hot water available in the bathroom today for maintenance. I should shower with a cold water.
