The service was good and there is no cover charge even on a weekend.The venue has the best view in Penang to offer.A good place for trance and house music lovers . Come for the food stay for the party.
I am here again after one year.. And I was notice that it already change to semi buffet which is free flow of appetizer such as creamy soup , salad , etc and also desert such as ice cream and fruits .

A nice restaurant :excellent service, good food buffet , big choice of dishes. The restaurant rotates from 7 pm to 10 pm (1 circle in 1 hour). Price is not high: 75 MR per person (drinks r not included)
Cool place superb view cheap drinks unfortunately the music sux the trance music dont match the enviroment.management do something bout it thnx. Its becoming my favorite place though...minus the music
If you're searching for best view with alcohol , here is it. Roof top bar . However, choices for cocktails are too less. A bit pricy for beers too.
Penang 1st sky bar .. Not so ideal but well still the 1st.. Its freaking hot here when there is no wind.. Wish they hav huge fan here.. Alcohol price reasonable .. Music is good
Its up on the top of City Bayview hotel ! The night scenery is awesome from the top! Great atmosphere ! Life is great up here!

The facility here is nt fully complete..and the view from top is nt that nice as what i expected..closing time is at 1pm..

Quite a nice view of Penang at night.
The view is nice. Do not go if you have problems negotiating steep steps. Service very slow. 15R for a small bottle of water. (More expensive than London)
