The Clam Chowder is amazing by the Fish Chowder that the old Chef made was “to die for”. Still an awesome place for Chowder

To this day, the BEST chowder I've ever had! It's one of the top 10 things I've ever eaten. Order it with an anchor steam draft . It's perfect on a rainy day.

Didn't have reservations but they were able to seat us (party of 5) almost right away, around 7pm. Thumbs up on house-made chowder , which is best in the bread bowl ! No one liked the kid's Mac&cheese.

YUM! Great food, location and service. If you are dining with a non-seafood eater recommend the lettuce wedge with blue cheese and flank steak . You really should try the chowder .

We had breakfast as part of our stay at the Argonaut Hotel . The service was excellent and the restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere .

Don't waist your time at this hotel restaurant . Head down to Taylor street and eat in one of the historic fisherman's wharf restaurants that have much better views !

You need a microscope to find the Lobster in the Lobster Mac&Cheese. NY strip steak overcooked, dry, tastelesss. ????

Great chowder ! Try the sampler and get 3 diff ones. Don't get the bread bowl of soup though just for bread (not as much soup as just the bowl), bread is free and bottomless! Anchor steam wasn't fresh:(

The New England clam chowder had barely any seafood in it... Mostly just onions and thin cream. There are many other places to get better chowder .

Nice soop full of vegetables and with some crab on it.

The rudest wait staff ever encountered. They refused to bring me a simple cup of calm chowder which I pre paid for. They refused to refund my money.
