Recently opened cafe-restaurant with so beautiful view in the balcony and tasty drinks and I know it will be better after their opening.

Polite waiters ; decent breakfast buffet though coffee is missing; reasonable price of 55K Tomans per person (July 13, 2018); ample seating ; nice view toward northern mountains . Worth a few shots.

Newly stablished on roof,Level 4 at Arg Trade Centre may offer you a very delightful ambient with fresh air & a great view of Tehran.The menu is not completed yet,but the official opening is coming up

Trendy place with outdoor sitting . Great design with very polite staff . Had the Rucola Salad & Lolly Pop Chicken , both were delicious. I will definitely go here again. Loved it.

Tried mix kebab with Mexican Rice which was really delicious.For dessert ,i ordered cinnamon roll with Level 4 special tea(black tea comes with cardamom & cinnamon ) which was really something.

The environment is extremely friendly , polite waiters , delicious food, satisfying service. .all in all it is highly recommended. . .

The fettuccine alfredo pasta was creamy and delicious. However since the restaurant is in the rooftop , you must eat your food quickly otherwise it would get cold and you feel like you’re eating butter

They have wasted a great space with a mediocre menu and tasteless food. You can only enjoy the view .

This an excellent rooftop restaurant with urban design, beautiful view and great food. Loved the tuna salad , steak salad , cheeseburger , fettuccini carbonara and bacon pizza .

This time, I ordered Greek Kebab , which was similar to Kebab Koobideh. The portion is more than enough for one person and you can share it. Taste was good. 7 out of 10✅

Love the decoration & space it has. It’s on the roof so in the summers is an open area . The food is delicious. The staff are polite. Overall is a nice combination. Totally recommended.

Our order was lamb chops , Schnitzel & stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes and cheese . The problem was it took more than one and half hour to deliver the food and all the dished were chilled.

The pizza was pretty good, and the atmosphere around was beautiful. I wish the service would’ve been a little better. Prices were pretty high in my opinion. 8/10

It s a cozy restaurant with delicious food and drinks but if you are vegan or vegetarian , your options to order are not enough.
