19th floor view is impressive and our balcony isn't locked =) love the location!
Make sure you call ahead of time to verify your check in time is ready to go , we wait almost 2 hours and that was even past the check in time ... Yikes !
A pretty gross hotel . Was here on business, but would never stay here by choice. They just don't clean well .

The bathtub was clogged up. Water drains slow. Makes me wonder if they clean well , they should have noticed this problem with the bathtub.
The balconies are locked but the view is still nice.
The booking said breakfast came with the hotel . This morning they still charged us $30 for breakfast . Wtf!
The sink drained very slowly the staff was notified three times but never fixed the problem. The carpet was damp the whole time we were there.
