Rooms are clean , other than the carpeting. They need either a good cleaning or to be replaced completely. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Hot tub close for all 10 days of trip.
The staff is quite helpful and it's convenient to have coffee and tea available in the lobby all the time.
Everyone is friendly . The breakfast is great!
The elevators are very quick to come when called.
Disappointed in the room. Not in good shape or completely clean . Heater was loud and thermostat didn't work right. Good breakfast .
